The role

We’re hiring a Recruiter/operations associate to help Raised scale. Responsibilities include:

• Tagging & managing of expert database
• Utilizing our database to help us find the perfect exec for every company
• Streamlining the marketplace experience: You’ll work with tier 1 executives and top VC-backed companies. Coordinate meetings, run follow-ups, and help both sides get engagements across the finish line
• Recruiting new experts

The opportunity for impact and personal growth is massive. And the role is key to Raised’ success. You will initially report to Artem Bezrukov, cofounder @ Raised.

Requirements:

• Level of experience: We are seeking candidates with 1-2 years of experience in recruiting/executive search. However, candidates with experience in other functions, such as Sales, Customer Success, Operations, will also be considered. Experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Fluent English
• You are tech-native. You are familiar with tools like ChatGPT, Google Sheets, Notion.
